From networking mixers and cultural workshops to fitness challenges and dance performances, the week’s activities foster solidarity, promote women’s health, and celebrate the powerful contributions of women in various spheres. Craft Night Kickoff & Social
Time: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Location: Union Ballroom
Description: Start Women’s Week with creativity and fun by attending our Craft Night Kickoff and Social! The evening will feature crafts and creative activities, opportunities to socialize and network, along with a welcome address and an overview of the week’s events to set the tone for a week of community, creativity, and empowerment.

Description: Sex Positive Barbie explores the importance and intricacies of sexual health and relationships with the help of expert advice and guidance. Panelists from multi-faceted careers will discuss consent, health, safety, pleasure, and feelings of shame. Join us for a panelists's presentations and a Q&A on all things related to sexual wellness.

Sex Postive After Hours
Time: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Location: Crimson View, Union 4th Floor
Description: Sex Positive After Hours opens the space for community members to explore the organizations on campus and in the great Salt Lake Community that are there to support sexual health services, mental health services, volunteer opportunities, and more. This is an informal event but a space where students and community members can socialize with the services targeted at health, relationships, safety, and consent.

Description: Join us in a workshop to Empower people who menstruate. You will gain awareness about premenstrual disorders, empowerment, in the journey to manage symptoms along with other challenges, and how to advocate for yourself and others who have PMDs. Light refreshments will be served.

Panhellenic Council Presents: Women's Empowerment Speaker, Tina VanSteenbergen
Time: 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Location: Union Ballroom
Description: The Panhellenic Council is sponsoring speaker, Tina VanSteenbergen, who has a passion and a purpose for working with women. She will deliver her keynote speech "Creating Confidence": Confidence has long been an expectation of women. And because we're just supposed to have it, we often speak about it as if it is easy: "Just be confident! It doesn't work that way! With the pressures put on us as women in college -- class, work, volunteering, studying, trying to stay healthy-- how could we possibly, simply be "confident"? Confidence is a journey, a long and at times treacherous hike. One with hills, valleys, twists, turns, and no map. While it's not easy, finding authentic confidence is possible-- if we work as a team.

Resistencia Echoed Within Her: Women In Art Gallery
Time: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: CSAR Lounge (Union 411)
Description: Resistencia Echoed Within Her is a powerful tribute to women in art who have challenged societal norms, redefined identity, and used their art as a form of resistance. This gallery, part of Women’s Week, highlights the work of groundbreaking artists from diverse cultural backgrounds, including Mónica Mayer, Yayoi Kusama, Lina Iris Viktor, and many more. Through painting, photography, performance, and multimedia, these artists confront themes of feminism, activism, and self-expression. Visitors are invited to engage with works that defy expectations, celebrate resilience, and amplify the voices of women in art. Stop by CSAR anytime between 8am and 5pm during Women's Week to participate!
