Wellness Wednesdays
Wellness Wednesday offers students a stress-free space to relax, recharge, and connect with peers through passive activities. It's the perfect midweek break to prioritize mental and emotional well-being.
Monthly Programs
Crimson Conversations
Crimson Conversations (CC) enhances cultural awareness at the University of Utah through panels, lectures, and workshops focused on various cultural themes. Events feature guest speakers from the campus and wider community.
Community Connections
Community Connections raises awareness about health and wellness through monthly events featuring activities and resources. The program fosters community involvement, belonging, and connection across various campus locations.
Solidarity Forums
Solidarity Forums is a student-led program designed to facilitate discussion about student wellness as it relates to the recent changes that have taken place on our campus. Light refreshments are provided.
Perspectives Book Club
Perspectives Book Club is a virtual book club that spotlights a variety of authors, allowing students to explore different viewpoints. Monthly book selections are voted on by students, with discussions held on Discord for accessibility.

Rest Fest
